Janev is the Head of Residential Conveyancing and joined the firm in 1998 whilst training to be a Legal Executive, qualifying as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in October 2003. With over 20 years of residential conveyancing experience she places understanding the needs of her clients at the forefront of everything she does at Martin Shepherd Solicitors.
Janev deals with a varied residential conveyancing case load and all aspects of residential conveyancing including buying and selling of freehold and leasehold properties, dealing with investment property including acting on behalf of companies plus transfers of equality and re-mortgages and equity release schemes. She also has particular expertise in shared ownership purchases and sales and staircasing.
Janev is a life long Arsenal fan and enjoys going to their matches. She also enjoys taking the family dog Renzo for long walks.
