Debbie qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 1991 and has been a member of the Private Client Team since 2007 specialising in Estate Administration, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. Such as an application for the appointment of a Deputy to manage a person’s property and financial affairs to include the Court’s authority to sell a property, if appropriate, in a situation where the person has lost capacity and does not have a Lasting Power of Attorney.
Debbie will make you feel at ease taking the stress out of what can be a daunting and emotional process and afford you the reassurance often required at such difficult times.
Outside of work Debbie enjoys spending time with her family and friends and keeping fit.
